After Confederations Cup exit, Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has met with his newborn twins for the first time since their birth.

The reigning FIFA Best Player shared a picture of himself holding his son and daughter on social media, captioned: “So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life.”
Ronaldo has been on national assignment in Russia, where Portugal advanced through the group stages of the eight-team tournament before being stopped by Chile in the semifinals on Wednesday.
It was after the defeat, that the Real Madrid star confirmed the birth of the twins officially for the first time via a Facebook post, following days of rumours.
The birth of the as-yet-unnamed twins means that Ronaldo is now a father-of-three, as they join their older brother, Cristiano junior.
Meanwhile, Ronaldo has been excused to miss third-place playoff as Portugal are set to play whoever loses in the other semifinal game between Germany and Mexico on Thursday.
