Emirates Passenger dies on Arrival at Lagos Airport

A Nigerian passenger on Emirates Airlines on Wednesday slumped and died on arrival at the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos.

According to NAN, the passenger who was identified as Dr. Olusola Dada arrived in the aircraft with registration number EK783 (DX).
The spokesperson for the Lagos Airport Police Command, DSP Joseph Alabi, confirmed the incident on Thursday.
Alabi said the incident was reported to the police after the passenger was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
The deceased, who was said to have flown in from the U.S. alongside his wife, reportedly collapsed at about 3.55p.m. at the screening point.
All efforts to resuscitate him proved futile and he was pronounced dead at 5.34 p.m.
