The Presidents of France, Canada, Luxembourg and Belgium are the world’s youngest presidents. They are all below age 45.
In Africa, it’s a rarity to find a country led by a man who is less than 45.
Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frédéric Macron  is the President of France and ex officio Co-Prince of Andorra, having assumed these offices on 14 May 2017. A former civil servant and investment banker, he studied philosophy at Paris Nanterre University, completed a Master’s of Public Affairs at Sciences Po, and graduated from the École nationale d’administration (ENA) in 2004. He worked as an Inspector of Finances in the Inspectorate General of Finances (IGF), then became an investment banker at Rothschild & Cie Banque.
Justin Pierre James Trudeau  is a Canadian politician. He is the 23rd and current Prime Minister of Canada and leader of the Liberal Party. The second youngest prime minister after Joe Clark, he is also, as the eldest son of former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau, the first to be related to a previous holder of the post.
Claude Meisch is the current prime minister of Luxemborg, he has a degree in financial mathematics from Trier university (missing reference). Meisch was appointed Minister of Education in 2013 in the government of Xavier Bettel. He has been a member of the Chamber of Deputies since 1999 and Mayor of Differdange since 2002. He was President of the Democratic Party (DP) from 2004 until 2013, of which he has been a member since 1994
Charles Yves Jean Ghislaine Michel  is a Belgian politician, and is the current Prime Minister of Belgium. He is the son of Louis Michel, also a prominent politician. Charles Michel was the leader of the francophone liberal party Mouvement Réformateur (MR) since February 2011 until becoming Prime Minister. Michel is the youngest Belgian Prime Minister since 1845.
